Approach

Email marketing can be incredibly effective, but an over-enthusiastic approach to designing a sign-up form can result in a very ineffective funnel: put simply, requesting more than a name and email address on an initial form reduces your sign-up rate dramatically.

We prefer a very minimal approach to sign-up forms as there are always opportunities in follow-up communications to collect more detailed information.
