We're a digital agency staffed by passionate people drawn from senior ranks of digital agencies in Sydney and London. As a company born in the internet age we'd like to think we're part of a new breed of smaller, service-based companies that thrive in a dynamic, global environment.

We also tend to think that in an interconnected world teeming with talent the traditional approach to resourcing is looking a bit dated. Staffing projects based solely on whoever happens to be idle in an office is a geographic bias that is born of agency necessity, often at a hidden cost to clients. In a digital world which increasingly requires a varied and specialised set of skills to deliver outstanding work, assembling the appropriate team in one location can be an expensive business.

Instead we use a trusted global network of digital talent drawn from a variety of disciplines, and always deliver work on par with and often exceeding that of larger, traditional agencies. This is simply because some of the best UX, Design, and Development folk prefer collaborating on projects outside large organisational structures, whether they're operating out of a loungeroom in London, a home office in Sydney, or a cafe in South America.

Like many internet startups we facilitate this with a mix of face-to-face, Skype, and email communications. It's a new way of working that delivers high quality results and exceptional value.

    Samantha Holmes

    Samantha's previous experience includes running the office of an investment management firm in Mayfair, working in client services and project management for one of London's largest agencies (The Engine Group), and producing digital campaigns for one of Sydney's most respected (The White Agency).

    At Digital Ally Samantha is responsible for client services and project management, drawing on her previous agency experience working on projects for Glenfiddich, Phillips, and Commonwealth Bank.

    Justin Clarke

    Justin's decade spent working in technology companies in Sydney and London saw him reaching a senior leadership role running the Rich Internet Applications team at LBi, one of Europe's largest and most respected digital agencies. His five years in the London digital industry involved delivering high-profile work for clients including Apple, Penguin Books, Sony, and British Gas.

    At Digital Ally Justin leads strategy and development, and also takes a keen interest in creative, usability, and copywriting.
